Erich Pucher

Erich Pucher is one of the best cooks in Austria. From the very beginning, he was one of those chefs who knew how to connect international standards with regional possibilities. And that is also what Erich Pucher, missionary in culinary matters, makes up for the most part.

For over 20 years he led the restaurant Rahmhube in Stolzalpe before he was awarded as head chef in Murau among other things with 3 Gault-Millau Hauben. Today he is head chef at the Hotel Lamprechterhof and is also active in giving cooking classes and writing cookery books.
