Hermann Huber
Hermann Huber is the kitchen master and kitchen manager of the Huber Hotels in the Tyrolean Paznaun Valley, and the organizational backbone of the Galtür gastronomy. The enthusiastic Senner dedicates himself in his hardly free spare time of the in-house agriculture and the production of first-class cheese. He is one of the initiators of the "Genussregion Paznauner Almkäse". In Galtür, he is responsible for the culinary production of the Willi Resetarits Genussrevue and the Faulbrunner Frühschoppen.
