Karl Malafa

Karl Malafa's many years of experience have been gathered, among others, in the Palais Schwarzenberg in Vienna, Hotel Hilton in Vienna, London, Montreal and Toronto and on the prestigious Royal Viking Cruise Line. During this time Karl Malafa repeatedly won the most diverse medals and awards at some national cookery exhibitions.

Back in Austria, he served as sous chefs in the Korso restaurant near the opera house, and as head chef at the Imperial Hotel, he was honored with 2 Gault-Millau Hauben. After working as head chef at the Hotel Schloß Krumbach and the Viennese Gartenhotel Altmanndorf, he now passes the culinary management at the Residenz Josefstadt.
